Development and Application of a New Integrated Tool with Pressure, Drawing and Delivery for the Back Pressure Valve of Oil Production Tree

  • In the drawing and delivering process of back pressure valve of conventional oil production tree, the problems of friction wrench slipping and breaking often took place, with back pressure valve difficult to be taken out. Besides, because the back-pressure valve take-out tool head is set up separately, the tools are prone to mix up while taking back pressure valve. In order to solve the problems in the practical operation of conventional tools, a new integrated tool is designed, which is evaluated in laboratory and applied successfully in the field. It is proved that the new integrated tool with back pressure valve is reasonable in structure, simple in operation, reliable in performance, and suitable for field application.
