Application of MicroScope High Resolution Imaging Logging Technology

  • MicroScope high resolution imaging logging technology is independently developed by Schlumberger, which can record high resolution resistivity image UHRI and multiple depth button resistivity imaging. This paper introduces the ultra high resolution resistivity imaging figure UHRI identifying lithologic and stratigraphic structure, identification of sedimentary structure, division of sedimentary microfacies. The method of analyzing the distribution of ancient water flow and sand body has played an important role in Western South China Sea. It is a new imaging logging technology worthy of popularization.
