Combined Attenuation Method and Application in Seismic Data with Marine Net Noise

  • According to the characteristics of marine net noise, it can be decomposed into linear noise and wild values. The authors analyzed the differences of these noises and signals in spectral, wave velocity and energy. Combined with the principle of noise attenuation and test results, the attenuation method of marine net noise can be designed as the combined method of frequency-space domain coherent noise suppression and adaptive median filtering. The application of this method shows that the combined attenuation method can effectively attenuate marine net noise without any damage to the effective signal, and achieve the purpose of noise attenuation.
