Research on disposal of coastal waste drilling fluid

  • Based on the characteristics of Binhai 6 well, we firstly take measures of gel breaking, then separate solid and liquid, and at last solidify. The prescription of gel breaker, flocculants and curing agents is optimized by the experiments. The result shows that the dosing quantity of breaker is 2g/100 mL, flocculants is 2g AS and the solution of 2.5% HPAM. The separation of solid and liquid is clear, and the color of water is transparent. The quantity of curing agent is 1.5% CJ-1, 27.7% cement, 7.7% CJ-2 and 6.2% CJ-3. It is proved by intensity and dip that the average solidified intensity is about 3.0 MPa after 15 days maintenance, and leachate in-dex meets the standard Ⅱ of Integrated Waste Water Discharge Standard (GB8978-996).
