  • 摘要: 小井眼套管开窗侧钻水平井与常规套管开窗侧钻相比轨迹控制难度大,目前各大油田虽然对小井眼套管开窗侧钻进行了实践,并对其轨道设计、开窗工艺、施工工艺进行了探讨,但对其轨迹控制技术总结甚少。笔者在影响小井眼套管开窗侧钻水平井轨迹控制因素基础上,着重探讨了轨迹控制中井底预测技术、待钻设计、下部钻具组合选择及其造斜率预测方法,最后总结了其轨迹控制中应注意的问题及认识。

     

    Abstract: Window milling sidetracking horizontal well in slim hole is difficult than regular sidetracking well, even though there are some practical sidetracking slim holes in many oilfield, and some researchers discuss its trajectory design, window milling technology, onsite practicing, few papers report the trajectory controlling method. This paper discuss the bottom hole prediction, pre-drilling design, BHA selection on the basis of factors that affects trajectory controlling. Some theoretical and practical methods are summed up in the end.
