激光割缝筛管——压裂砾石填充防砂工艺技术

The Technology of Laser Slotted Screen Liner Fracturing Gravel Packing Sand Control

  • 摘要: 文章描述了激光割缝筛管防砂机理及割缝筛管筛缝宽度、长度的确定方法,研究了割缝筛管与地层充填砂的配伍性。激光割缝筛管-压裂砾石充填防砂技术简单、经济实用,避免了绕丝管结构复杂、打捞困难,重复利用率高。与此同时,由于进行了压裂,对辽河油田的超稠油油井的出砂情况,应用此项防砂技术后实现了超稠油井稳产、增产。

     

    Abstract: This paper presented the sand control mechanism of laser slotted screen liner and the way to con-firm slotted screen width and length. The compatibility of slotted screen liner and formation packed sand was studied. The technology of laser slotted screen liner fracturing gravel packing sand control is economical, practical and with high reutilization rate, by which the problems of wire-wrapped screen were settled such as complex structure, hard salvage etc. At the same time, after adopting the technology of fracturing in wells with transnormal high viscidity of Liaohe oilfield product sand, the production grown stably and continually.
