提高水泥环第二界面胶结质量的固井技术

Improving the Second Interface Cementation Quality of Cement Sheath of Cementing Technology

  • 摘要: 文章深入分析了水泥环第二界面胶结质量的影响因数,指出改善固井质量是一个系统工程。介绍了旋流固井工艺技术以及该技术在苏北洲城油田中的运用情况。实际应用表明,该工艺技术基本解决了现有固井工艺技术不能很好清除粘覆在井壁上的泥饼问题以及不规则椭圆或葫芦状井眼水泥浆顶替效率低下问题,能明显提高水泥环第二界面的胶结质量。

     

    Abstract: This article tho roughly analyzed the effect factor of cementation quality of the second interface of cement sheath, and pointed out it is a system engineering about the improvement of cementing quality.It introduces swirl cementing technology and the application of the technology in Zhoucheng field in the north of Jiangsu. The actual application shows that this technology resolved many problems which the present technology can not resolve, such as wall mud cake elimination and low efficiency of slurry substitution in the anomalous ellipse or calabash well hole. It can obviously improve the second interface cementation quality of cement sheath.
