聚合物驱解堵增注技术研究与应用

Preparation and Application of Polymer Broken Down and Water Injectivity Technology

  • 摘要: 针对孤岛油田注聚区由于聚合物堵塞造成注聚井停注或欠注以及油井液量下降的情况,研制开发了高效聚合物解堵剂DOC-8。DOC-8解堵剂不仅能解除聚合物堵塞,对交联聚合物引起的堵塞也有很强的恢复作用。同时研究配套了JNC-006酸处理剂,能解除粘土、机杂堵塞,可以进一步提高聚合物解堵效果。通过现场实施,该技术不仅能解除聚合物堵塞,对交联聚合物引起的堵塞也有很强的恢复作用,有较大的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Because of polymer plugging, polymer injection well stop injecting or inject unefficiently and the liquid decreases in Gudao oilfield. To solve this problem, the authors develop an efficient polymer blocking remover DOC-8, which not only can break down polymer plugging but also have strong restoring force for the cross-linked polymer plugging. In the meanwhile, the authors find the acid treating agent JNC-006 can break down the plugging of clay and mechanical admixture. This technique can further increase the effect of polymer blocking.
