原油在纳米涂层管道中流动规律的实验研究

Study of flow law about oil in pipeline with nanometer layer

  • 摘要: 随着原油含水率的不断提高,各油田的开发成本也在增加。为了节能降耗,实验采用纳米涂层管道来输送原油。通过不同温度、不同含水率下的纳米涂层管道与普通管道的对比实验得知,纳米涂层管道内原油流动的沿程压力梯度更小,低限输油温度更低。另外这种管道具有防腐、防垢、防结蜡的三防特性,更适合在较恶劣的条件下使用。加上与热输管道相比初期投资较低的优势,使这种管道更有竞争力,因而有着良好的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: In company with the increase of water content, the cost of development is increasing too. In order to save energy and decrease the consumption, the pipeline with nanometer coating was used in this experiment. By means of the check experiment of different temperature and different water content, we know that crude oil was able to be transmitted in nanometer pipeline with lower pressure gradient and at lower utmost temperature. Because of its antisepsis, antiscale and paraffin control, it was suitable to be used in poor condition. Compared with common pipeline, its initial cost is relatively low, which makes it more advantageous. In a word, this kind of pipeline with nanometer paint has a good future.
