酸压技术在新场复杂砂岩气藏的应用

The application of acid fracturing technology in Xinchang complicated sandstone gasfield

  • 摘要: 新场气田须家河组属于低渗透、超致密砂岩储层, 岩性变化大, 类型复杂, 非均质性较强, 物性条件不理想。目前, 这种复杂砂岩储层的增产改造工艺是困扰酸化压裂界多年亟待解决的难题。针对新场气田855探井的具体情况, 首次提出将胶凝酸平衡/闭合酸压工艺作为改造此类储层的手段, 给出了该工艺的原理和设计思想。现场施工表明该工艺能够延长酸岩反应时间, 压开具有相当导流能力的酸蚀裂缝, 返排时即可得到一定产气量。这对于胶凝酸平衡/闭合酸压技术在四川地区乃至全国的推广和应用具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: XuJiahe Formation of Xinchang gasfield belongs to the low permeability, dense sandstone reservoir. The fracturing and acidizing of such complicated heterogonous formations is a baffling problem to the industry for years. Aiming at solving the problem, this paper introduces a new technology be known as equilibrium and closed fracturing acidizing and also presented its principles and designs. Field application at Xinchang 855 gas well indicates that this technology will effectively prolong rock-acid reaction time and form an acid corrosion fissure. Thus the well begins to produce gas after the flow back. This paper will have direct impact on the application of the new acid fracturing technology in China.
