渤海SZ36-1油田深部解堵技术及应用

Research and application of removing clog in deep reservoir for SZ36-1 oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海SZ36-1油田是国内现开发的最大的海上高孔高渗稠油油田, 具有层系多, 油层厚, 储层孔隙度和渗透率高, 层系间渗透率差异大等特点。该油田属于砂岩油藏, 储层胶结疏松, 常规酸化易造成岩石骨架松散, 地层出砂, 酸后无效。为此, 根据SZ36-1油田的伤害特点及增产机理, 进行了室内研究, 通过对比实验, 选择了以氟硼酸为主的酸液体系, 并提出了与之相配套的分流暂堵工艺。该酸液体系通过现场应用, 效果显著, 已在渤海SZ36-1油田和其他油田推广应用。

     

    Abstract: At present, SZ36-1 in Bohai bay is the biggest offshore heavy oil field in China, characterized in high porosity and permeability, multiple thick layers and heterogeneity. Due unconsolidated sandstone formation, traditional acidizing treatment will have minor effect. Based laboratory results and the damage mechanisms of SZ36-1, this paper presents a new fluorboric acid and fluid diverting technology and its field application.
