海洋修井机侧钻能力计算

The new calculating of well service unit in side tracking ability

  • 摘要: 海洋修井机用于开窗侧钻时,修井深度不等于钻井深度,因此有必要开展修井机侧钻能力研究。三维井眼轨迹比较复杂,建立的模型难以准确求得钻柱轴向载荷的解析解。为了能更准确地计算实钻井眼中钻柱的轴向载荷分布,对修井机的侧钻能力进行计算,采用计算精度较高的最小曲率法并考虑了钻井液粘滞力影响计算井眼轨迹参数,更精确算出任一测深对应的井斜角、方位角、大钩载荷荷井深等侧钻能力参数。

     

    Abstract: To calculate 3D well trail is very complex, and it is difficult to calculate resolution in axial load, in order to calculate the axial load in drill string in the well, the ability of side tracking should be calculated. In this paper, calculating well trajectory parameter by rain curvature method that is precise and includes effect of drilling fluid, and on the base of measure spot, we can get deviation angle, azimuthal angle, deviation change rate, azimuthal change rate, hole curvature and tangential, normal, and reverse normal in well hole at certain height.
