流动改进剂对井筒内含水原油流动规律影响

Study on the effect of flow improver on water cut oil fluidity in pumping unit well

  • 摘要: 拟乳状液流动是石油开采和油气集输过程中新的流动现象。此种流动与常规油气水混合物流动相比,可以大大降低管流沿程阻力、局部阻力、提高抽油机泵效。进行了抽油泵泵筒凡尔、抽油泵柱塞凡尔、抽油泵筛管对不同含水,不同改进剂浓度的含水原油流动阻力试验,得到了含水原油加入流动改进剂后的转相点,流动改进剂的最佳使用浓度为0.2mL/L。

     

    Abstract: Pseudo emulsion flow is a new flow phenomenon of oil and gas gathering and transferring. Comparing the fluidity with normal mixture of oil, gas and water, it may greatly decrease the pipe stream resistance and partial resistance, and raise the efficiency of pumping well. We do a lot of experiments at different density of flow improver to get the flow resistance of pumping unit tube valve and pumping unit pillar fill valve, and find the affection of flow improver concentration on flow resistance.
