缩膨技术在现河采油厂的应用

Application of compressive-expansion technology in Xianhe oil production plant

  • 摘要: 针对注水开发过程中黏土矿物含量高,储层黏土矿物发生水敏易膨胀、运移从而造成油层伤害的特点,开展了缩膨技术的研究。通过大量室内试验,评价了缩膨剂的缩膨、防膨性能以及岩心颗粒稳定性和腐蚀性等理化指标,并有针对性地选择了两口水井进行现场施工。效果表明缩膨技术起到了降压增注的作用,施工的两口注水井日注均增加15m3以上,对应油井也取得了不同程度的增油效果。

     

    Abstract: The content of clay is high and it's water sensitive, so it can easily expand during the water injection. In order to solve this problem, the compressive;expansion technology was researched. Based on lab experiments, physical and chemical parameters of the compressive-expansion agent were evaluated including compressive-expansion and anti-swelling properties, core pellets stability and corrosion properties, etc. Also, application was evaluated by constructing two water injection wells. As a result, the compressive-expansion technology can take effect in decompression and augmented injection, and can increase injected wa-ter volume.
