量纲分析法求解柱塞凡尔局部阻力系数

Dimensional analysis method solving local resistance coefficient in plunger

  • 摘要: 含水原油中加入流动改进剂后形成拟乳状液, 拟乳状液流动是石油开采和油气集输过程中新的流动现象。该流动与常规油气水混合物流动相比, 可以大大降低管流沿程阻力、局部阻力、提高抽油泵效。含水原油在柱塞凡尔中的局部阻力系数是实际生产中进行设计、计算时十分重要的参数。利用量纲分析法求解了拟乳状液在柱塞凡尔中的局部阻力系数, 并与实验值进行了对比, 其误差约为15%, 证明拟合程度较好。这对举升工艺的设计具有一定的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Pseudo emulsion is a new flow phenomenon formed in the process of oil production and accumulation when flow improver is added into water cut oil. Pseudo emulsion flow is different from conventional oil, gas, and water mixture flow, and it can slow down the pipe flow greatly along on way resistance and local resistance, so that enhance oil pumping efficiency. Local resistance coefficient of water cut oil in the plunger is an important parameter to design and calculate in actual production. This article uses the dimension analytic method to solve local resitance coeffient of pseudo emulsion in plunger, and compares this coefficient with the actual value. It is proved the dimensional analytical method has certain project application value.
