多杯等流型气锚的气液分离实验研究

The gas-liquid separation experimental study of multi-cups anchor

  • 摘要: 随着油田开发的深入, 气体对油井的影响日益明显, 气体影响是抽油机井泵效低的主要原因, 而气锚是提高泵效的有效手段, 开发新气锚具有重要意义。通过多杯等流型气锚和普通沉降式气锚对比实验研究, 研究了它们在不同的气液比下的井口出气量、脱气效率以及泵效与液面下降速度的关系。实验结果表明多杯等流型气锚具有井口出气量小、脱气效率和泵效高的优点, 具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Along with oil field development, gas influences well production obviously, and it's also the main reason of low well pump efficiency. Gas anchor is an effective way to enhance pump efficiency, so to develop new gas anchor is of great importance. Contrast study between multi-cups gas anchor and ordinary gas anchor was done, and well head air output and degasification efficiency under different gas/liquid ratio, pump effciency relations with liquid level drawdown rate were studied too. The experimental result indicates multi-cups gas anchor was of low well head air output, and high degasification and pump efficiency.
