海上气田排水采气工艺筛选

The selecting of dewatering gas recovery techniques in offshore gas field

  • 摘要: 气井出水是气田开发生产中后期面临的主要问题, 对气井生产有着极大的影响, 而排水采气工艺是解决气井出水和井筒积液的有效手段。国内外排水采气工艺技术较多, 不同工艺技术有其自身的适应范围。从海上气田生产特点出发, 通过对国内外多种成熟的排水采气工艺技术的选井原则、适用条件和经济适用性进行对比分析, 筛选了适合海上气田的排水采气工艺技术, 并重点对优选管柱-气举复合工艺的实施方案进行了分析, 对海上气田出水后的高效开发具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Water production in gas well is a problem that we must face in the middle and later stage of gas field development which has great influence on production of gas well. Dewatering gas production is an effective means to solve water production in gas well and liquid loading. There are many techniques of dewatering gas production in home and abroad and different techniques have their own applicability. Based on production characteristics of offshore gas field, well selecting principles, working conditions and economic applicability of many proven dewatering gas production techniques in home and abroad was analyzed adaptable dewatering techniques to offshore gas field was recommended and the composite technique of optimum tubing string and gas lift was analyzed in detail. These techniques guided high efficiency production after water production in offshore gas field.
