胜利滩海埕岛油田平台深部调剖系统

Deep profile control system on the platform for Chengdao Oilfield in Shengli Beach

  • 摘要: 根据胜利滩海油田深部调剖的需要, 研制出深部调剖系统。该系统占地小, 适宜于平台摆放;实现了乳液聚合物速溶于海水和跟交联剂均匀混合进入地层;克服了船载方式施工受不良海况影响的缺点, 实现了大剂量调剖剂连续注入地层而达到深部调剖的目的。先导试验表明该系统可以用于胜利滩海油田的深部调剖, 加快开发速度, 提高采收率。

     

    Abstract: According to the need of Shengli Beach Oilfield, deep profile control system is developed. Size of the system is small, so it can be put on the offshore platform. In this system, emulsion polymer is dissolved in the seawater and mixed with the cross-linker evenly before entering formations. Moreover, it overcomes the influence of bad sea conditions and large amount of profile control agent goes into the stratum continuously. The pilot test indicates that the system can be used in Shengli Beach Oilfield for deep profile control, and it can also speed up the rate of the exploitation and enhance oil recovery.
