文昌13-1/2油田珠江组储层酸化技术研究与应用

Study on acidizing technology and its application in ZJ2 reservoir of Wenchang 13-1/2 Oilfield

  • 摘要: 文昌13-1/2油田珠江组储层主要属高孔、中高渗储层,储层胶结疏松,容易出砂。通过对文昌13-1/2油田珠江组储层的损害机理进行分析,优选了适用于文昌13-1/2油田珠江组储层的酸化体系--MH缓速酸体系。室内综合性能评价表明,MH缓速酸体系能够延缓酸岩反应速度,络合能力强,并能防止二次沉淀、抑制黏土水化膨胀、有效解除储层污染和堵塞。在WC13-1-A10、WC13-1-A7井酸化中效果显著。现场实践证明,MH缓速酸体系对文昌13-1/2油田珠江组储层具有较强针对性,对今后同类储层酸化增产措施的制定和实施有一定参考意义。

     

    Abstract: Reservoirs of Zhujiang formation in Wenchang 12-1/2 Oilfield are low porous,middle-high per-meable,and loose consolidated and produce sand easily.Based on the damage mechanism analysis on these reservoirs,the MH chemical retarded acid are selected.Laboratory studies indicate that because of its powerful chelating and low surface tension,it can slow down the reaction speed of acidizing rocks and prevent from secondary precipitate,inhibit the swelling of clay solids and remove scale.Two wells(A7,A10) in Wenchang 13-1/2 Oilfield have been treated by this method and gained good effects.
