Abstract: A fast evaluation technique of offshore gas field is presented in this paper. This technique is built on data warehoues, which uses computer to integrate and analyses the geological,seismic, logging and testing datu. Then the reservoir characteristic, reserve assessment and reservoir evaluation are waged. It is a comprehensive technique of gas field evaluation with interactive mean. The fast evaluation technique of offshore gas field involves the logging reservoir fast evaluation method, gas reserve assessment methed used 3D bins of netwolk, and the data warehouse technique for offshore gas field fast evaluation. This set of technique offers advanced means to shorten offshore gas field evaluation period and guide correctly the gas field development.
