东海西湖凹陷探井的快速钻井技术

High Rate of Drilling Techniques in Exploration Wells in Xihu Trough, East China Sea

  • 摘要: 文章简要介绍了东海西湖凹陷钻遇地层的岩性特征和井温梯度高的特点。阐述了该地区探井优化井身结构、近平衡钻进、优选钻头类型、优化钻具组合、强化钻进参数、优选钻井液体系和优化固井工艺和水泥浆配方等快速钻井技术的应用情况,四口井的钻井实践表明,快速钻井技术措施,不仅大幅度地提高机械钻速和台月效率,而且缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本,经济效益非常显著。

     

    Abstract: Formation lithology character and high formation temperature gradient of Xihu Trough are introduced in the paper, and drilling fluid requirements are put forward based on the analysis of formation characteristics. High rate of drilling techniques and drilling fluid techniques in exploration wells in the area are discussed. Application results in four wells have shown that high rate of drilling techniques and fluid techniques can improve penetration rate, shorten drilling period, and decrease drilling costs,thus great economic benefits are achieved.
