钻头磨损定级新旧方法浅析

The Analysis of the New and Old Dull Bit Grading Scheme

  • 摘要: 为了对已使用的钻头进行磨损定级,IADC制定了T-B-G钻头磨损三位定级方法。由于其不能全面反映钻头的磨损情况,后来又制定了钻头磨损八位定级方法。与以前的旧方法相比,新方法能够全面反映钻头的牙齿/切削齿磨损情况、磨损特征以及起钻原因等,给参考者进行钻头选型和制定合理的钻进参数带来了极大的方便。因此建议广大现场钻井技术人员采用IADC八位定级方法对已使用钻头进行磨损定级。

     

    Abstract: In order to grade the used bits, IADC published the Three Point Dull Bit Grading Scheme. Because it cannot fully evaluate the dull bit characteristics, IADC published the Eight Point Dull Bit Grading Scheme to replace the old scheme. In comparison to the old scheme, the new scheme can fully evaluate the tooth/cutter wear, dull features and the reason pulling of the used bit. It's convenient to users who refer to the dull bit grading features to select bits and choose reasonable drilling parameters in the offset wells. So it's suggested that the drilling personnel are better to use the Eight Point Dull Bit Grading Scheme to evaluate the used bits rather than the Three Point Dull Bit Grading Scheme.
