用于海上油田化学驱的聚合物乳液性能评价

Evaluation on Polymer Emulsion for Chemical Flooding in Offshore Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对海上油田聚驱作业时聚合物干粉溶解时间长, 溶液配制需要的溶解、熟化罐数目多等问题, 研究了聚合物乳液产品EPAM453的各项性能以及驱油效果。结果表明: 与现阶段海上油田聚驱使用的干粉产品AP-P4相比, EPAM453可以在3min之内快速溶解, 适于溶解的温度和浓度区间更大;耐盐性评价表明EPAM453耐一价盐的能力弱于AP-P4, 耐二价盐的能力与AP-P4相当; EPAM453配制的聚合物溶液的表观黏度满足锦州9-3油田的使用要求;抗剪切老化及冻融性能评价表明EPAM453具有较好的抗剪切老化性能, 并可在低温下储存使用; 聚合物溶液对应的残余阻力系数为4~8, 产品具有较好的流度控制能力; 室内驱油实验结果表明, 在模拟锦州9-3油田现场条件下, 聚驱采收率增幅大于8%。该研究为聚合物乳液产品在海上油田的应用提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Due to the application problems of polymer powder flooding in offshore oilfield, such as the long dissolve time, complex solution made-up processing of polymer powder, study on characteristics of polymer emulsion EPAM453 and its oil displacement efficiency have been conducted. The results showed that EPAM453 can dissolve quickly within three minutes and has greater temperature and concentration range for dissolving, compared with the polymer powder product AP-P4 which is used in the offshore oilfield at present. Salt tolerance evaluation showed that the tolerance ability of EPAM453 to monovalent salt is weaker than AP-P4, but the tolerance ability of EPAM453 to bivalent salt is equal to AP-P4. The apparent viscosity of EPAM453 polymer solution can meet the requirements of polymer flooding in Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield. Shear, aging and freeze-thaw resistance evaluation showed that EPAM453 has good resistance to shear and aging, and can be stored and used in low temperature. The residual resistance factor of EPAM453 polymer solution is between 4 and 8, and the product has good mobility control ability. The oil displacement experiment results showed that the increase of recovery efficiency by EPAM453 polymer flooding was greater than 8% under the simulated conditions of Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield. The study provides a theoretical basis for the application of polymer emulsion products in offshore oilfield.
