Abstract:
In view of the complex situations such as temporary ship lifting in bad weather, lack of historical data of pile insertion, position sliding collision platform and anchoring risk in the process of towing and positioning of offshore oil fields, a set of global, visual and intelligent decision-making system is developed. The system takes the visual chart of offshore sea area as the bottom plate and "implants" the basic information of well pad site, production platform, jack up platform and towing position into the chart, which realizes the functions of positioning information query, towing route planning, drilling platform optimization, accurate coverage analysis, ship lifting capacity calculation and positioning scheme design, and provides a visual and dynamic query, analysis, evaluation and decision-making platform for operators. Through the implementation of positioning operation of more than 120 offshore production platforms, the ability to analyze and predict the risks of positioning operation of jack up platforms is improved, the positioning efficiency is improved, the safety of positioning operation of offshore oil fields is guaranteed, and basic support is provided for digital transformation and smart oil field construction.
