Application of CHAMP V Packer in Drill-stem Testing of Ultra High Pressure Gas Well

  • 摘要: 对于超高压油气井,测试封隔器上下压差大,常规封隔器因简单的设计结构,在超高压极端工况下密封稳定性及坐解封能力不足,难以满足作业需求。该文介绍了一种CHAMP V 超高压机械坐封封隔器,可承受15 000 psi工作压差,最高耐温达204 ℃,且自带旁通,能广泛应用于酸化压裂、高含盐、高含硫和二氧化碳的气体环境中。通过在各种工况下对管柱进行受力分析,选择合适的密封材质、坐封压重及控制参数可保证封隔器的稳定密封性能,该封隔器在一超四高(超高压、高温、高产、高含硫、高含二氧化碳)的X-10气井的测试作业进行了5次应用,成功率100%,具有非常高的可靠性。为类似超高压气井及特殊工艺测试提供了借鉴,具有重要的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: For ultra-high pressure oil and gas wells, the test packer has a large upper and lower pressure difference. Due to the simple design structure, the conventional packer has insufficient sealing stability and setting and release ability under extreme working conditions of ultra-high pressure, which is difficult to meet the operation requirements. This paper introduces a kind of CHAMP V ultra-high pressure mechanical setting packer, which can withstand 15000 psi working pressure difference, the highest temperature resistance of 204℃, and has its own bypass, and can be widely used in acidizing fracturing, high salt content, high sulfur content and carbon dioxide gas environment. Through the stress analysis of the string under various conditions, the selection of the appropriate sealing material, setting pressure and control parameters can ensure the stable sealing performance of the packer. The packer has been applied to the X-10 gas well test operation for 5 times with 100% success rate under the condition of ultra high pressure, high temperature, high yield, high sulfur content and high carbon dioxide content. It has very high reliability. It provides reference for similar ultra-high pressure gas wells and special process testing, and has important reference value.
