H-4 Connector Unlocking Fault Analysis and Response

  • 摘要: 文章对H-4水下连接器的相关知识进行较为详尽的介绍,通过对其主要功能部件——锁紧环的受力分析,揭示了连接器能够用较低控制压力对较高井眼压力实现密封的原因。通过对其另一功能部件——锁块的受力分析,揭示了连接器出现解锁故障的本质原因。结合其它理论和计算,对两个典型案例中的现象进行解析。提出H-4连接器解锁故障的应对措施、应对建议、预防措施,供相关从业者参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the related knowledge of H-4 subsea connector in detail. Through the force analysis of its main functional component 'locking ring', the reason that the connector can seal the higher wellbore pressure with lower control pressure is revealed. Through the force analysis of another functional component 'latch segment', the essential reason for the unlocking failure of the connector is revealed. Combined with other theories and calculations, the phenomena in the two typical cases are explained. Finally, the solutions, treatment suggestions and preventive measures for the unlocking failure of H-4 connector are put forward for the reference of relevant practitioners.
