东海X低渗气田钻开液储保性能评价及应用研究

Study on Reservoir Protection Performance Evaluation and Application of Drilling Fluid in X Low Permeability Gas Field of East China Sea

  • 摘要: 近年来东海深部储层发现大量低渗资源,主要采用水平井进行开发。该类储层埋藏深、温度高、孔喉特征复杂,极易受到水锁等伤害,对水平段钻开液的抗温性、储层保护性能提出了挑战。通过优选甲酸钠加重剂、优化SATRO防水锁剂加量,提高了钻开液体系抗温性,降低了水锁风险,实验评价结果表明各性能指标均达到要求。优化后无固相钻开液现场应用4口井,初期产能均达到配产,相比邻井产能显著提高,储层保护效果良好,具有良好的应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, a large number of low permeability resources have been found in the deep reservoirs of East China Sea, which are mainly developed by horizontal wells. This type of reservoir has deep burial depth, high temperature, complex pore throat characteristics, and is easily damaged by water lock, which poses a challenge to the temperature resistance and reservoir protection performance of horizontal section drilling fluid. By selecting NaCOOH weighting agent and optimizing SATRO waterproof locking agent dosage, the temperature resistance of drilling fluid system was improved and the risk of water lock was reduced. The experimental evaluation results showed that all performance indicators met the requirements. The optimized solid-free drilling fluid was applied in 4 wells, and the initial production capacity reached the production allocation. Compared with the adjacent wells, the production capacity was significantly improved, and the reservoir protection effect was good. It has good application value.
