Strategies and Practices of Efficient Development and Adjustment in Xihu Sag

  • 摘要: 西湖凹陷是中国东海重要的油气产区。目前大多数油气田步入开发中后期,产量递减迅速,生产措施效果不佳,且后备接替资源不足,油气田稳产形势严峻,开发调整势在必行。近年来,运用注重矛盾分析明问题、注重基础研究定领域、注重科技创新强技术、注重全程优化增效益的高效开发调整策略,取得认识与技术的双重突破,在已开发油气田部署并实施52口调整井,取得了优异成效,有效扭转了西湖油气田产量递减趋势,且油气产量不断创历史新高,形成了支撑西湖效益开发的多项关键技术,为东海持续增储上产奠定了坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: Xihu Sag is a major oil and gas production area in East China Sea. At present, most oil and gas fields have entered the middle or final development stage, with rapid production decline, poor production measures and insufficient reserve replacement resources. The stable production situation of oil and gas fields is grim, and development adjustment is imperative. In recent years, the efficient development and adjustment strategy of focusing on contradiction analysis to identify the problem, focusing on fundamental research to determine favorable fields, focusing on technological innovation to enhance development capabilities, and focusing on the whole-process optimization to increase efficiency was used to achieve a double breakthrough in understanding and technology. The deployment and implementation of 52 adjustment wells in the development fields have achieved excellent effect. It effectively reversed the production decline trend of the Xihu oil and gas field, and continuously created new records in oil and gas production, forming a number of key technologies to support the effective development of Xihu Sag, which laid a solid foundation for the continuous increase of reserves and production in East China Sea.
