东海某井斜向器顶部变形处理的若干启发

Some Inspirations on Deformation Treatment of Top of Whipstock in a Well in East China Sea

  • 摘要: 套管内斜向器开窗侧钻技术是目前国内应用最广最多的侧钻技术,也是最成熟的一种技术,但是在使用过程中也出现了各种各样的的问题,斜向器的顶部变形、窗口不规则、斜向器转向等均容易造成起下钻过窗口遇阻情况。该文通过借鉴其他海域、陆地油田经验,结合现场判断,成功处理了东海某井因斜向器顶部变形而造成下钻过开窗点遇阻的复杂情况,给类似问题的处理提供了借鉴和启发。

     

    Abstract: The sidetracking drilling technology of casing internal oblique device is the most widely used sidetracking technology in China, and it is also the most mature technology. However, there are also various problems in the using process. The top deformation of the whipstock, the irregular window, and the steering of the whipstock are all likely to cause the resistance of the trip through the window. In this paper, by drawing on the experience of other sea and land oilfields, combined with on-site judgment, the complex situations of drilling through the window point blocked by the deformation of the top of the whipstock in a well in East China Sea is successfully handled, which provides reference and inspiration for the treatment of similar problems.
