Optimization of Reliability Scheme for Power Supply and Distribution of Drilling Rigs

  • 摘要: 现代化机械的大量应用对于钻井平台电力系统的安全性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。为保证电子设备在使用环境复杂严峻的钻井平台上的平稳应用,除了提高设备本身的可靠性和电磁兼容能力外,还需要从增加冗余度和提高供电质量这两方面入手。该文主要从供电冗余和UPS电源两方面,结合海洋钻机的实际应用进行分析,提出了一种可行性方案,并在实践中加以运用,取得了较好的实际效果,对进行平台电力二次系统的供电可靠性设计和优化提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: The extensive application of modern machinery has put forward higher requirements for the safety and reliability of the power system of drilling rigs. In order to ensure the smooth application of electronic equipment on the complex and severe environment of drilling rigs, besides improving the reliability and electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment itself, it is necessary to increase the redundancy and improve the quality of power supply. This paper mainly analyzes the power supply redundancy and UPS power supply. Combined with the actual application of offshore drilling rigs, a feasible scheme has been put forward and has been applied. The application has achieved good practical results in practice, which provides a useful reference for the design and optimization of the power supply reliability of drilling rig power systems.
