微压裂酸化复合解堵技术在渤海某油田的应用

Application of Micro-fracturing and Chelate Acidizing Compound Technology in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 随着渤海油田的开发,注入水与储层水质不配伍,引起井下管柱腐蚀、结垢,造成储层污染、堵塞和注水压力升高等问题。常规酸化手段存在二次沉淀、有效期短等问题,通常需多轮次解堵,导致解堵费用较高。为达到注水井降压增注的目的,借鉴油井压裂增产的原理,提出通过清水微压裂解堵且不加砂的方法在储层附近形成微裂缝,再复合螯合酸化技术,提高酸液波及系数和指进,阻止成垢离子二次沉淀。该技术在渤海某油田注水井现场应用结果显示,该井作业后注水压力显著下降,日注水量及视吸水指数均大幅度提高,生产7个月后日注水量依旧保持平稳,无明显波动,表明微压裂酸化复合解堵技术具有改善储层渗透率、降低注入压力、增加注水量,且作用周期长的特点,具有较好的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: With the development of Bohai Oilfield, the incompatibility between injected water and reservoir water cause corrosion and scaling of downhole string, resulting in reservoir pollution, plugging and water injection pressure increasing. Conventional single pressurize and acidizing methods can not solve the secondary precipitation problem of scaling ions. Consequently, period of validity is short and multiple plug removal is needed, which causes high expense. In order to reduce the pressure and increase the injection of water injection wells, referring to the principle of oil well fracturing stimulation, this paper tries to form micro-fractures near the reservoir by water micro pressure cracking plugging without adding sand, then compound boiling acidification technology to improve the sweep efficiency and fingering of acid solution, and prevent the secondary precipitation of scaling ions. The application in Bohai water injection well shows that the water injection pressure has decreased obviously, and the daily water injection volume and apparent water absorption index have increased greatly. After 7 months of production, the daily water injection is still stable without obvious fluctuation, which indicates that the micro fracturing and acidizing technology is capable of improving reservoir permeability, reducing injection pressure, increasing water injection, and long action cycle. It has a good prospect of popularization and application.
