Sampling Probe Optimization Technology of the Double Hanging Instrument for Wireline Formation Testing

  • 摘要: 目前EFDT探针双挂仪器是渤海油田应用最多的电缆地层测试仪,它可以同时将大极板探针和常规探针一起入井,为取样作业提供多种探针选择。如何使取样作业既安全又高效,是探针选择上面临的难题。通过对EFDT探针双挂仪器结构进行充分研究,确立该仪器取样探针的选择范围,结合取样原理对探针选择的影响因素进行分析,提出探针优选建议及作业要点,使得EFDT探针双挂仪器的取样作业效率有了很大的提高。为渤海油田电缆取样与仪器研发提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: At present, the EFDT instrument with double-hanging probes for cable formation testing is the most widely used in Bohai Oilfield. It can simultaneously put the large plate probe and the conventional probe into the well, providing a variety of probe options for the sampling operation. How to make the sampling operation safe and efficient is a difficult problem in the selection of probes. Through the full research on the structure of the EFDT instrument with double-hanging probes, the selection range of the sampling probe is established. Combined with the sampling principle, influencing factors of the selection of probes are analyzed, and the suggestions on the probe optimization and operation points are put forward. The sampling efficiency of the EFDT instrument with double-hanging probes has been greatly improved, which provides a new idea for the cable sampling and the instrument development in Bohai Oilfield.
