联合仿真在折臂吊设计中的应用

Application of Co-simulation in Knuckle Crane Design

  • 摘要: 针对石油钻井行业研发的自动化机具设备控制系统复杂、试制成本高的问题,探讨了联合仿真环节在设备研发过程中的应用,并以海洋钻井平台的折臂吊为例,利用Simulation X对该设备进行了机、电和液的联合仿真。将仿真结果与设计参数进行对比,验证了在海洋平台自动化机具的设计过程中加入联合仿真环节能够针对设备的设计参数进行有效验证,同时相对于传统的PLC程序仿真调试而言,能够对系统的电控程序进行更接近于真实现场环境的调试。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of complex control system and high trial-manufacture cost of automatic machine and equipment developed in oil drilling industry, this paper discusses the application of joint simulation link in the process of equipment development. The folding arm crane of offshore drilling platform is taken as an example and simulation X is used to carry out co-simulation of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic. The simulation results are compared with the design parameters. It was proved that adding a co-simulation link in the design process of offshore platform automation equipment can effectively verify the design parameters of the equipment, and compared with the traditional PLC program simulation and debugging, it can debug the electronic control program of the system closer to the real field environment.
