数字电站与模拟传动系统功率限制的实现

Realization of Power Limit for Digital Power Station and Analog Drive System

  • 摘要: “勘探四号”半潜式钻井平台交流电站改造为数字控制系统,SCR直流传动仍保留原模拟控制。为了实现数字系统与模拟系统之间的功率限制,此文阐述了三种实现方法:加点电位、PLC通讯、用功率变送器。采用功率变送器采集有功功率和电流模拟信号,然后作用于SCR传动系统,经实际测试,对静态负荷或突变负荷的实时响应与功率限制都达到原设计的要求。

     

    Abstract: The AC power station of the KANTAN IV semi-submersible drilling platform is transformed into a digital control system, and the SCR DC drive still retains the original analog control. In order to realize the power limitation between digital system and analog system, three methods are described in this paper: adding point potential, PLC communication and power transducer. After actual testing, the transducers collect the active power and current signals, then send the signals to SCR analog system. The real-time response and power limitation to static load or sudden load have met the original design requirements.
