渤海油田侧钻井槽口优选设计方法

Slot Optimization Design Method for Sidetracking Wells in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 低效井侧钻是渤海油田稳产增产的主要手段之一,合理匹配低效井槽口与侧钻井位是降本增效的首要之举。此文以渤海某油田三口低效井为例,通过分析低效井槽口与侧钻井位的位置关系,将其进行合理匹配,从全角变化率变化、井斜角变化、方位角变化、造斜段长度、井深、进尺等方面展开研究,形成一种槽口优选设计方法。现场实施结果表明,应用该方法选择难度较小的方案,节约成本两百余万元,该油田三口低效井槽口优选方案合理,作业难度及作业成本均有所降低。形成了一套渤海油田侧钻井槽口优选设计方法,可有效降低作业难度及成本,为渤海油田侧钻井槽口优选提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Sidetracking of low-efficiency wells is one of the main methods for stabilizing and increasing production in Bohai Oilfield. Reasonable matching of inefficient well slots and sidetracking positions is the first measure to reduce costs and increase efficiency. This article takes three low-efficiency wells in an oilfield in Bohai as an example. We match the slot of the inefficient wells and the sidetracking wells by analyzing their positional relationship. And a slot optimization design method is formed according to the changes of the full-angle change rate, inclination angle, azimuth, the inclined section length, the depth of the well, the footage, and etc. The on-site implementation results show that the application of this method can choose a less difficult plan, saves more than two million yuan in cost. The three inefficient wells slot optimization plans in this oilfield are reasonable, and the difficulty and costs of operation are reduced. Finally, a set of optimization design methods for sidetracking notches in Bohai Oilfield have been formed, which can effectively reduce the difficulty and costs of operations and provide a reference for the optimization of sidetracking notches in Bohai Oilfield.
