浅海井喷抢险作业难点及后续研究方向探讨

Discussion on Difficulties and Follow-up Research Direction of the Emergency Rescue Operations in Shallow Sea during Blowout

  • 摘要: 海洋油气勘探开发面临巨大的风险和挑战,尤其海上井喷失控的处置,极为困难。为了研究海上井喷失控的应急抢险技术,此文通过调研国内外海上井喷失控处置案例,分析了浅海井喷抢险作业的局限性,阐述了陆地成熟的井控应急抢险流程及国外水上井口井喷失控后采用的源头控制法,指出了我国浅海井喷应急抢险领域存在的不足,并对我国下一阶段浅海井喷应急发展方向提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Offshore oil and gas exploration and development are facing huge risks and challenges, especially the disposal of uncontrolled offshore blowout, which is extremely difficult. In order to study the emergency rescue technology during uncontrolled offshore blowout, this paper analyzes the limitations of rescue operations during offshore blowout through the investigation of cases about offshore blowout at home and abroad, and studies the mature well control emergency rescue process on land and offshore wells abroad based on the source control method. This paper analyzes the limitations of emergency rescue during blowout in shallow sea, and puts forward suggestions on the development direction of emergency rescue of shallow sea during blowout in the next stage in China.
