Application of Formation Pressure Testing Tool IFPT in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海油田开发工作已进入全面发展阶段,监测地层压力、判断地层能量变化程度已成为油田注采方案设计调整工作的重中之重,随钻测压技术能够在降低大斜度井作业风险的同时实现采集地层压力信息的目的。此文介绍了IFPT新型随钻测压仪,阐述了仪器的工作原理、测试制度与作业流程,对比验证了仪器的实时测量精度。经实例验证,IFPT在流度计算、流体识别与压力动态监测工作中取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: The developments of Bohai Oilfield have entered a stage of overall development. Monitoring formation pressure and judging the variation degree of formation energy have become the most important task in the design and adjustment of oilfield injection and production scheme. Formation pressure testing while drilling can reduce the risk of operation in highly deviated wells and realize the purpose of collecting formation pressure information at the same time. This paper introduces a new type of formation pressure testing tool while drilling, IFPT. The working principle, testing system and operating flow of IFPT are described. The measuring accuracy of IFPT real-time data is verified by comparison. The results of application show that IFPT is effective in mobility calculation, fluid identification and pressure dynamic monitoring.
