综合防堵新技术海上油田应用实践

Application and Practice of New Anti-blocking Technology in Offshore Oil Field

  • 摘要: 建立长效防堵机制旨在解除油藏开发过程中泥砂堵塞,释放油藏产能。针对高含泥质疏松砂岩稠油油田产能急剧下降的问题,应用CPI防堵技术,集防砂与控水一体,实施后使目标水平井液量提高2倍,日产油提高2.85倍,采液指数提高1.75倍,为目标油田的治理寻找到行之有效的方法,对类似油田的开发具有很高的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The establishment of a long-term anti-blocking mechanism aims to relieve the clogging of mud and sand during the development of the reservoir and release the reservoir productivity. In response to the sharp decline in production capacity of high argillaceous loose sandstone heavy oil fields, the application of CPI anti-blocking technology, which integrates sand control and water control, will increase the target horizontal well fluid volume by 2 times, simultaneously with the daily oil production increasing by 2.85 times and fluid production index increasing by 1.75 times. Finally, effective methods were found in this paper for the treatment of target oil fields, which have high promotion value for the development of similar oil fields.
