海上水平井分段压裂技术现状与展望

Status and Prospect of Offshore Horizontal Well Staged Fracturing Technology

  • 摘要: 受海上油气生产平台面积有限、设备作业日费高、作业安全风险大等因素影响,诸多陆地成熟的水平井分段压裂技术在海上油田无法得到应用,海上水平井分段压裂技术发展水平也远低于陆地油田。该论文详细分析了海上水平井分段压裂需求特点,明确了海上水平井分段压裂技术需求方向。广泛调研巴西、西非、北海以及国内等海上油气田水平井压裂施工情况,梳理出目前海上水平井压裂分段工艺类型、施工作业模式以及海水基压裂液、压裂船等配套技术发展情况。为更好解决海上水平井压裂经济效益不理想的现状,从压裂方案设计优化、水平井分段压裂工具改进、海水基压裂液体系升级三方面展望了海上水平井压裂技术发展趋势,对今后海上水平井分段压裂改造具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Affected by factors such as limited area of the offshore construction platform, high daily cost of equipment operation and high safety risk, many mature horizontal well staged fracturing technologies on land can′t be applied in offshore oilfields. The development level of staged fracturing technology for offshore horizontal wells is also much lower than land oil fields. In this paper, the characteristics of offshore horizontal well fracturing demand are analyzed, and offshore horizontal well fracturing technology direction is clarified. The horizontal well fracturing operation in Brazil, West Africa, North Sea and other offshore oil and gas fields has been extensively investigated. The types of fracturing segmentation technology, operation modes and the development of supporting technologies such as seawater-based hydraulic fracturing fluids and fracturing ships have been sorted out. In order to better solve the unsatisfactory economic benefits of offshore horizontal wells fracturing, the development trend of fracturing technology for offshore horizontal wells is prospected in three aspects: optimization of fracturing parameters design, improvement of staged fracturing tools for horizontal wells and upgrading of seawater-based fracturing fluid. Apparently, it has guiding significance for offshore horizontal well fracturing in the future.
