开关式液位控制阀在高压气田中的应用

Application for On-Off Control Valve in High-Pressure Gas Field

  • 摘要: 针对南海某深水气田实际运行中存在的控制阀频繁内漏问题,结合其压力高、气量大但液量相对较小的特点,从改变阀门控制模式、增加液烃缓冲罐入手,考虑采用开关式液位控制阀,并分析优化改造前后阀门开启频率,实现了减小阀门开启频率,延长控制阀使用寿命。最终实现解决气田控制阀频繁内漏、维保费用大、环境污染的问题。通过以上分析结果对后续类似高压气田的控制阀选型具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In view of the frequent internal leakage of the control valve in the actual operation of a deep water gas field in South China Sea, the valve control mode was changed and the liquid hydrocarbon buffer tank was added in combination with the characteristics of high pressure, large gas flowrate but relatively small liquid flowrate. The on-off control valve is considered for use, and the frequency of the valve before and after the transformation was optimized so as to reduce the valve opening frequency and prolong the service life of the control valve. Finally, the problems of internal leaking for control valve, high cost of maintenance and air pollution are solved. The above analysis results have guiding significance for the subsequent control valve selection of similar high-pressure gas fields.
