含油钻屑萃取处理技术在东海的应用

Application of Oily Cuttings Extraction Technology in the East China Sea

  • 摘要: 油基钻井液具有抑制性强、润滑性好、对油气层损害程度小等特点,有效地解决了东海油气田储层保护要求高、井壁稳定性差以及复杂断块油气田钻井难度大等问题,但这也不可避免地产生了大量含油钻屑,因而显现出较高的环境污染风险或者要承受高昂的防污染成本。该文首先介绍了含油钻屑萃取处理技术的工作原理、设备组成以及工艺流程,再以A井为例分析总结了该项技术在东海的应用情况。现场应用结果表明,该项技术可采用高效溶剂脱除含油钻屑中的油组分,满足海上环保排放要求,大幅降低了环境污染风险和防污染成本。

     

    Abstract: The oil-based drilling fluid has the characteristics of strong inhibition, good lubricity and low damage degree to oil and gas formations, which can effectively solve the problems of high reservoir protection requirements, poor borehole stability, and difficult drilling in complex fault block oil and gas fields in the East China Sea. However, this also inevitably produces a large amount of oil-filled drill cuttings, which shows a higher risk of environmental pollution or has to bear a high cost of pollution prevention. This paper introduces the working principle, equipment composition and technological process of oil-bearing drilling cuttings extraction treatment technology, and then analyzes and summarizes the application of this technology in the East China Sea by taking well A as an example. The results of the field application show that this technology can remove the oil components from the oil-bearing drilling with efficient solvent, meet the offshore requirements of the environment protection, and reduce the risk of environmental contamination and the cost of anti-pollution greatly.
