中低渗透稠油油藏清洁酸酸化增注技术研究

Study on Acidification and Injection Technology of Clean Acid for Medium and Low Permeability Heavy Oil Reservoirs

  • 摘要: 八面河油田面14区沙四6砂组储层高孔-中低渗,黏土矿物含量高,水敏性强,注水过程中存在注水压力高、欠注井增多、水井利用率低、常规酸化效果差等问题。为了提高该区块注水合格率,研制了“清洁缓速酸+防膨增注液”体系,室内评价了该体系的缓速性、防二次沉淀和长效防膨等综合性能,试验结果表明,该体系具有深部酸化作用距离长,低伤害等特性。在八面河油田面14区沙四6砂组成功应用7井次,配注合格率为100%,应用效果显著。

     

    Abstract: The Shasi 6 sand formation reservoir in Mian 14 area of Bamianhe Oilfield is of high porosity and medium-low permeability, high clay mineral content and strong water sensitivity. In the process of water injection, there are some problems such as high water injection pressure, increasing under-injection wells, low water well utilization rate and poor conventional acidizing effect. In order to improve the qualification rate of water injection in this block,a "clean retarding acid & anti-swelling and increasing injection" system was developed.The comprehensive properties of the system, such as retarding, anti-secondary precipitation and long-term anti-swelling, were evaluated indoors.The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of long distance and low damage in deep acidification. It has been successfully applied 7 well times in Shasi 6 sand group, and the qualification rate of injection is 100% with remarkable application effect.
