精细控压钻井技术在海上平台(地面井口)的应用

Application of Fine Controlled Pressure Drilling Technology on Offshore Platforms (Surface Wellheads)

  • 摘要: 精细控压钻井技术是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,主要应用于窄安全密度窗口、不确定性压力系统地层的安全钻进,在国内外控压钻井技术发展基础上,研发出国内自主知识产权的精细控压钻井系统,实现井筒压力闭环精细控制。目前该系统已在海上平台(地面井口)成功实施了12口井的控压钻井作业,其中A井在漏速较大的情况下实现了安全钻井,说明一定漏速下也可以实施控压钻井,现以A井为例进行总结,以期为后续类似作业提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Fine controlled pressure drilling technology is a new technology developed in recent years, which is mainly used in the safe drilling of the formation with narrow safe density windows and uncertain pressure systems. Based on the development of controlled pressure drilling technology at home and abroad, fine controlled pressure drilling system with domestic independent intellectual property rights is developed to realize the closed-loop fine control of wellbore pressure. At present, the system has successfully implemented controlled pressure drilling operations in 12 wells on offshore platforms (surface wellheads) to ensure the safety of drilling operation. Among them, Well A has achieved safe drilling under the condition of high leakage rate. It shows that controlled pressure drilling can also be carried out under certain leakage rate. Now, take Well A as an example to summarize, in order to provide a reference for similar operations in the future.
