深水科学钻探钻孔重返系统工艺分析与改进措施

Process Analysis and Improvement Measures for Deep Water Scientific Drilling Reentry System

  • 摘要: 深水科学钻探需要使用钻孔重返系统,但现有的技术相对落后,不能满足深水高效钻孔的作业需求。此文针对当前所用的钻孔重返系统的技术特点,对该系统使用的设备及工具进行了创新及改造,同时对施工工艺进行了优化,提出了使用导管喷射钻进及返孔锥一体化作业、正转解锁送入工具与导管技术、水下监控系统ROV及多次下入返孔锥和套管的技术等,可弥补现有系统的不足,在提高操作安全、作业效率及降低作业成本上有较大改进。文章详细介绍了现有钻孔重返系统的施工工艺和技术特点,结合深水石油勘探导管喷射钻进特有的钻井技术,针对性地提出了改进措施,对该系统的后续技术发展有重要借鉴意义,为我国大洋科学钻探船深水钻孔重返系统的建造提供了技术储备。

     

    Abstract: Deep-water scientific drilling requires drilling reentry system, but the existing technology is relatively backward and can't meet the requirements of efficient drilling. In view of the technical characteristics of the current drilling reentry system, the equipments and tools used in the system have been innovated and modified, and the construction technology has been optimized. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the integrated operation of conductor jetting and reentry cone, unlocking running tool, underwater monitoring system ROV and the technology of multiple reentry cone and casing, which can make up for the shortcomings of the existing system, reduce activity costs and improve the operation safety and efficiency. The article introduces in detail the construction technology and technical characteristics of the existing drilling reentry system. Combining with the unique conductor jetting technology of deep-water oil exploration, the improvement measures are proposed pertinently, which can be used as significant reference for the subsequent technical development of the system and provide technical reserves for the construction of deep-water drilling reentry system of ocean scientific drilling vessels in China.
