Application of a New Multilayer Gravel Pack Technology in PL19-3 Oilfield

  • 摘要: 我国海上应用的砾石充填防砂技术来源于外国公司,经过多年的发展已经趋于统一化,常规的7"套管井防砂完井后内通径3.25",虽然可以实现一趟多层高速水充填,但无法进行压裂充填作业,且完井后内通径小限制了后期分层注采作业的实施。新型一趟多层砾石充填技术在常规防砂技术的基础上开拓创新,改进工具结构,扩大服务工具外径,提高充填作业压裂能力,满足现场各个工艺需求,并实现防砂完井后内通径达到3.88",方便后续作业的顺利实施。

     

    Abstract: The gravel-packing sand control technology applied in offshore in China originated from foreign companies, which has become unified after years of developments. Conventional 7" casing wells have a bore diameter of 3.25" after completion of sand control. Although it is possible to realize a multi-layer high-speed water filling, fracturing and filling operations cannot be performed, and the small internal diameter after well completion limits the implementation of later layered injection and production operations. The new single-pass multilayer gravel packing technology is based on conventional sand control technology, and it improves the tool structure, expands the outer diameter of the service tools, increases the fracturing capacity of the filling operation, meets the needs of various on-site processes, and achieves the inner diameter of 3.88" after completion of sand control, which finally facilitates the smooth implementation of subsequent operations.
