垦西油田含硫异味气体处理剂研制及现场试验

Development and Field Test of Sulphur-containing Odor Gas Treatment Agent in Kenxi Oilfield

  • 摘要: 垦西油田部分高含硫稠油热采井场周围存在难闻的恶臭气味,严重影响环境安全,影响油井正常生产和后续产能建设。通过对垦西含硫异味气体产生及转化机理分析,明确了含硫稠油热采井井场异味是由水热裂解反应生成的硫化氢、硫醇硫醚等各类硫化物导致的。硫醇硫醚的臭味阈值较低,在较低浓度下即有较大异味。针对硫化氢、硫醇硫醚等恶臭气体,研制井筒异味气体处理剂并配套相应的加药处理工艺,在满足现场条件下,实现快速高效除臭,解决影响油井生产的环境问题,现场应用取得明显效果。

     

    Abstract: There is a bad odor around the thermal recovery wells of some heavy oil with high sulfur content in Kenxi oilfield, which seriously affects the environmental safety, normal production of oil wells and subsequent productivity construction. Through the analysis of the generation and transformation mechanism of sulfur-containing odor gas in Kenxi oilfield, it is clear that the odor in thermal recovery wells of sulfur-containing heavy oil is caused by various sulfides such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan thioether produced by hydrothermal cracking reaction. The mercaptan thioether has a large odor even at a lower concentration because of its low odor threshold. Aiming at the odorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan thioether, a wellbore odor gas treatment agent is developed and matched with the corresponding dosing treatment process. Under the field conditions, the rapid and efficient deodorization is realized, and the environmental problems affecting the production of oil wells are solved. The field test has achieved remarkable results.
