东海残雪油田水平井尾管固井工艺技术研究

Study on Liner Cementing Technology of Horizontal Wells in Canxue Oil Field, the East China Sea

  • 摘要: CX-A10H是东海残雪油田为开发底水发育气藏、试验尾管固井、结合定向射孔完井工艺的首口开发调整井,良好的固井质量是实现水平井长期高效开发的基础保障。在分析水平井固井对水泥浆综合性能、工具附件技术要求以及顶替效率低、压稳防窜难度大等技术难点基础上,通过开发双凝非渗透防窜水泥浆、优化提高顶替效率和细化分时段压稳防窜等关键技术,完善旋转尾管悬挂器、钻井液性能调整、不留上塞以及重叠段无水泥和回压凡尔失灵补救预案等配套技术,形成了一套适用于东海残雪油田水平井尾管固井的工艺技术。经CX-A10H井现场应用试验,固井质量良好,为后续同类固井工程作业提供技术储备。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop gas reservoirs with the bottom water, CX-A10H applied liner cementing combined with directional perforation completion technology for the first time in Canxue oil-gas field. Excellent cementing quality of horizontal wells is the basic guarantee to achieve the long-term and efficient development. Firstly technical requirements and difficulties of the liner cementing were analyzed, including cementing slurry comprehensive performance, cementing tools and accessories, low displacement efficiency, difficulty in pressure control and gas channeling prevention. Then non-permeable and channeling-prevention cement slurry was developed, displacement efficiency improvement technique was optimized, pressure control and gas channeling prevention technique in different cementing stage was designed, which formed the key techniques. Supporting technologies were matching, such as rotary liner hanger, drilling mud performance adjustment, non-existent up plug, remedial plans aiming at back pressure valve failure and blank casing overlap section. Eventually liner cementing technique and technology suitable for Canxue oil field in the East China Sea was formed. Through the on-site application test of Well CX-A10H, the cementing quality was excellent, offering technical storage for the following similar cementing operations.
