PLC冗余技术在自升式钻井平台升降系统的应用

Application of PLC Redundancy Technology in Jacking System of Jack-up Rigs

  • 摘要: 针对海上自升式钻井平台升降系统必须具备高可靠性的特点,在"勘探七号"钻井平台升降控制系统中实施了PLC冗余设计方案。文中给出了冗余设计的可靠性指标及计算方法,冗余系统基于西门子S7-400H PLC,各主干网络采用光纤环网,实现了CPU及关键元件和通讯链路的冗余,经系统测试,在电源模块、CPU、主干网络发生故障的情况下,仍能实现正常升降操作,冗余设计使系统的可靠性得到较大提升,可满足海洋环境的要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the high reliability in jacking system of offshore jack-up rigs, the PLC redundancy design is implemented in "KAN TAN QI HAO". The reliability index and the calculation method of redundant design are given in this paper. The redundant system is based on SIEMENS S7-400H PLC, and the main network adopts fiber ring type, the CPU as well as the key components are redundant. After system testing, the jacking operation can continue in the case of power module CPU and main network failure. The redundancy design makes the reliability of the jacking system greatly improved, and can meet the requirements of the marine environment.
