稀油反洗防井筒有机垢堵塞方法研究及应用

Research and Application of Method Which Using Thin Oil Backwashing Wellbore to Prevent Organic Precipitation Blocking

  • 摘要: 渤海JX1-1油田2D井区油井自投产以来频繁发生井筒有机垢堵塞现象。为了改善油井生产状况,开展了井筒治理对策研究,首先对2D井区原油组分及物性进行分析,然后对现场取得的有机垢的流变性、组分和元素组成进行实验分析。结果表明,2D井区原油为中等含蜡的普通稠油,析蜡点较高,兼具结蜡和沥青质沉积风险。有机垢主要为沥青质和其他的油质组分组成,且有机垢经高温预处理再重新冷却后其流变性将变得更差,因此常规热洗效果较差。借鉴掺稀采油技术,考虑利用邻井稀油反洗溶解分散2D井区井筒有机垢。通过井口采油树将B8井稀油直接导入B25井油套环空进行反洗,B25井在实施稀油反洗防井筒有机垢堵塞措施后,产油量增加27.5%,有效期达1年以上。现场实践证实,稀油反洗可以有效预防稠油井的沥青质沉积、结蜡等有机垢堵塞,对相似油田和区块具有一定的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The oil wells of 2D wellblock in JX1-1 oilfield in Bohai sea are continually blocked by organic precipitation since been put into production. In order to improve the production condition of oil well, the wellbore treatment measure is studied. Firstly the oil components and physical properties are analyzed. Then the rheological property, components and element contents of organic precipitation are studied. The result shows that oil of 2D wellblock is general heavy oil with medium paraffin content. Its wax precipitation point is high and it has both wax and asphaltene precipitation risk. The major components of organic precipitation are asphaltene and other oleaginous constituents. Besides, the rheological property of organic precipitation will be worse after being heated with high temperature and re-cooled. Taking example by doping rare oil production technology of onshore oilfield, thin oil of adjacent wells is used to dissolve and disperse organic precipitation of 2D wellblock. The oil of B8 well is led into annulus of B25 well through Christmas tree to backwashing. After using thin oil backwashing to prevent organic precipitation blocking, oil production of B25 well improves 27.5% and the period of validity has been more than one year. Field practice indicates that thin oil backwashing wellbore can prevent organic precipitation blocking such as asphaltene and paraffin and so on. It has promotional value for similar oil field and wellblock.
