海上深层稠油热采吞吐高效隔热措施研究

Study on Efficient Insulation Measures for Thermal Recovery of Deep Heavy Oil at Sea

  • 摘要: 渤海A油田属于稠油油田,此油田的高效开发可以为渤海油田的规模化热采开发提供经验。衡量热采开发是否有效的一个关键指标是热量利用效率,而采取的隔热措施对热量利用效率影响很大。为了减少热量损失,必须进行相应的研究,有针对性地提出隔热措施。此文基于A油田ODP设计的实际井身结构,对隔热方式进行了初步优选,并对影响蒸汽干度的因素进行了分析,同时对加入隔热工具对蒸汽干度的影响进行了论证。结果表明,隔热套管+隔热油管+环空注氮+隔热接箍+隔热工具的组合方式,井筒热损失最小,井底蒸汽干度最大。此高效隔热措施对后续A油田热采井的注热工艺具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Bohai A oilfield belongs to heavy oil field. The efficient development of this oilfield can provide experience for largescale thermal recovery and development of Bohai oil field. Heat utilization efficiency is a key index to evaluate the effectiveness of thermal recovery development, and the heat insulation measures have a great impact on heat utilization efficiency. In order to reduce heat loss, it is necessary to carry out corresponding research and propose insulation measures in a targeted manner. Based on the actual wellbore structure designed by ODP in this oilfield, this paper makes a preliminary optimization of the heat insulation mode, and analyzes the factors affecting steam dryness. At the same time, it also demonstrates the influence of adding heat insulation tools on steam dryness. It shows that the combination of the heat insulation casing + heat insulation tubing + annular nitrogen injection + heat insulation coupling + heat insulation tool group, the heat loss of the wellbore is minimum, and the steam dryness of the bottom hole is the largest. The efficient insulation measure has guiding significance for the subsequent injection heat process of thermal recovery wells in A oilfield.
